When you make a booking or booking enquiry, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details (email/phone), booking dates, number of guests, and any information you choose to provide in your message (e.g., arrival times or special requests). Where required for invoicing or verification, we may also collect billing address details.

• confirm and administer your booking
• communicate with you before, during and after your stay
• provide check‑in information and manage access
• deal with questions, changes, or issues relating to your stay
• keep records for legal and accounting purposes

Lawful basis

We process booking data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (to provide accommodation) and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial record‑keeping).

Who we share it with (only when necessary)

This is an owner‑managed property. We may share limited details only when required to deliver your stay, for example with:

• our cleaner / laundry provider (e.g., guest names or stay dates)
• maintenance / tradespeople (if an issue arises)
• our booking system/channel manager (if applicable)
• our accountant or bookkeeping software (for records)
• payment providers (to take payment securely)

We do not sell your data and do not use booking data for marketing.

Retention

We keep booking records only as long as needed for operational reasons and legal/accounting requirements, and then securely delete or anonymise them.
